Quick Start Guide

  1. Open the Software: Open the provided HTML file in Chrome, Edge, or Opera browser
  2. Connect via USB: Connect the PUU05 to your computer via USB and click "Connect"
  3. Load Current Settings: Click "Get Settings" to load the current configuration from the device
  4. Adjust Parameters: Modify timing values for Waste Pump, Fresh 1, and Fresh 2 as needed
  5. Upload & Save: Click "Send Settings" to upload and automatically save to device EEPROM
  6. Test Operation: Use "Run 1" or "Run 2" buttons to test individual pump sequences

Key Parameters

  • Duty Cycle: PWM duty cycle (1-50%), determines pump speed
  • Frequency: PWM frequency in Hz (1-100 Hz)
  • On-Time: Calculated pump on-time (max 10ms)
  • Duration: Total pump run time in milliseconds
  • Delay: Wait time before starting Fresh 1 or Fresh 2 pumps
Important Configuration Notes

The parameterization of the PUU05 should only be performed by trained personnel. The specially developed software enables precise setting of pump control signals and timing parameters. Incorrect configuration can lead to malfunctions or damage to the connected washing station. For questions regarding parameterization, please contact technical support.
